Edmund and Angela Hargreaves welcome you to their Award Winning Ribble Valley Guest House Bed and Breakfast accommodation provided in their tastefully renovated farmhouse on their working sheep farm where countryside conservation is a high priority.

Nestling at the foot of Pendle Hill in the beautiful Ribble Valley and The Forest of Bowland A.O.N.B. We are the perfect base for visiting/days out to the Yorkshire Dales, Lake District and coast. Ideal for a holiday or short break with ample opportunities for walking, cycling, and sightseeing.

3 double bedrooms. 1 with en-suite shower room and two with en-suite bathrooms all with stunning views.

All rooms are centrally heated and have tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms are equipped with TV and hairdryer and alarm clock plus complimentary toiletries.

Breakfast is served in our comfortable dining room. We happily cater for special diets by prior arrangement. Fresh packed lunches are available also by prior arrangement (extra charge).

There is a wide range of pubs, restaurants and cafes serving many different cuisines within easy reach, Worston half a mile Downham one mile Clitheroe two miles.

Ample parking. For walkers and cyclists we have a wash down area and secure storage for bikes and gear.
